Mat specializes in Spanish and California cuisine. A graduate of the Emory University Business School, the California Culinary Academy’s College of Food and Bauman College, mat is also a culinary instructor and a consultant for the Center for Culinary Development and a board member for the GGRA. He is also the host of Food, Wine & the Culinary Mind podcast.
