The Merchants Exchange Building located at 465 California Street in San Francisco.  Sessions will take place in the historic Julia Morgan Ballroom and the Merchants Exchange Club.

The Conference is designed for independent restaurant operators in the San Francisco Bay Area to address topics of concern including compliance, regulatory guidance, business practices, training and more.  The two day Conference features more than 12 panels, 4+ keynotes, sexual harassment training (English & Spanish), and networking receptions.  There's also a one-day Manager Bootcamp designed to tackle the topics restaurant managers need to understand: reading a profit and loss statement, food and labor costs, HR and managing people and service.
