Evan is a San Francisco native who grew up in the restaurant industry under his father and uncles. His passion for food, people and business eventually lead him back into the food industry when he started Senor Sisig in 2010. He has his MBA from SF State and has grown Senor Sisig from one food truck to multiple trucks and restaurant locations around the Bay Area.
